Additionally contained in this latest photograph drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
